CSG required a solution that would enable management, sales and operational staff to easily and efficiently access business applications from home, forming a key element of their business continuity plans. Network Defence installed AppGate’s Security Server at CSG’s offices, boosting flexibility and productivity by enabling staff to access the company network securely from any location.

 

A key benefit of the solution is that, as well as providing a robust level of remote access security when they need it, it gives the company close management over users’ access, giving them the ability to grant or restrict access rights depending on individual needs. Additionally, the solution is able to accommodate third party access if required by the organisation.

As part of the deployment Network Defence implemented the AppGate Security Server solution with Nordic Edge two factor authentication. The solution securely accesses the protected network from a remote device using authentication, encryption and access restrictions.
